The goal of great performers is to reach their audience. Professor Jon Damian, a seasoned performer in his own right, has spent much of his 44-year career as an educator helping students reach themselves. In the late 1970s, he began offering his Creative Workshop Ensemble as a means for students to discover the artist inside.
